Not ready to get back in the gym? Love a good workout in the open air? We've officially brought the contents of Evolve to YOU, outdoors! #Met45Outside sessions take place at City Sports Park, located at the Dallas Farmers Market. City Sports Park has an incredible facility with a turf soccer field and a covered court, so you can expect us to be there rain or shine!

You can park at the Farmers Market or regular parking at Evolve -- it's a short 0.4 mile walk, perfect to get you warmed up! The entrance is a gate across from the outdoor Farmers Market covered area, between the North Texas Food Bank and Ka-Tip Thai Food restaurant. You'll see the flags that say City Sports Park or City Futsol. Through the gate there's a tunnel, keep walking and you can't miss it. You can find directions by searching City Sports Park in your maps app of choice.

We will check you in for class at City Sports Park so there is no need to visit Evolve prior to the outdoor sessions. We will provide towels and all cleaning supplies but please remember to bring a water!
