Temp Checks

All athletes and employees must have their temperature checked before entering.

Social Distance

The workout is spread throughout the facility so that groups are spaced 6ft apart. 

Spray + Towel

A cleaning spray and towel are provided at each group.
Cleaning

Wipe Down

Athletes will wipe down all surfaces touched before moving on to the next group.

Deep Clean

After each class, our team resets the gym with a deep clean.

Only one event per month. Check the website or follow us on social media to find out when our next event is. We announce at least 2 weeks in advance.

Met45 Online

Your online sessions will be a hybrid flow of MetMass, MetVelocity, and MetForce: the three pillars of Evolve’s in-house Met45 program. These workouts can be done with minimal equipment.
